Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order. Our return and exchange process is designed to be simple. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns must be received by Mully within 14 days of approval, including all original packaging and contents. Once received, we’ll issue a replacement or refund as per your preference.
Return, Refund, and Exchange Guidelines

Returns for refunds, store credit, or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees, handling fees, transaction fees, and shipping protection are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund or store credit.

Orders cannot be modified after being placed.

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Returns must be properly packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Customers should use a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

If an item arrives damaged or missing, contact us within 72 hours with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. Mully may request the return of the damaged item before issuing a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items

Personal care items, intimate goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, perishable goods, gift cards, sale/discounted items.

Products purchased from third-party retailers should be returned to the original seller, not Mully.
Processing Time

Returns typically take 5-7 business days to be received and processed.

Once approved, refunds/store credit/exchanges are issued within 10-14 business days.

Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect on your payment statement.

Refunds are issued once per transaction and processed in USD to the original payment method.

Important Notice
Mully reserves the right to decline any return, refund, reshipment, or exchange at our discretion. A restocking fee of $3 per unit or 20% of the item’s MSRP (whichever is greater) may apply.
